Refunds and Returns

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges at this time unless an error was made on our end prior to shipping. 

Returns and exchanges are handled on a case by case basis at in person events only.
All refunds and returns are up to the discretion of Saint Fax.

Shipping

All orders will ship within 3 business days following order placement.

All orders ship via USPS.

In an effort to keep free shipping on stickers they are shipped as First Class Mail. This means they don’t have tracking and should arrive within 5 business days in the US.

Larger orders do include tracking info as it is included in the shipping price.

Larger orders are shipped plastic free or with recycled materials depending on the items.

We are not responsible for any loss and/or damage to packages or goods once an order has been shipped. We will do our best to work with you to find an lost packages, however - we are not responsible for replacing or refunding any items lost or damaged in the mail.
